Dear Amanda, You are definitely at the top of the list, from our very first phone call a long long long time ago, I knew it would be an absolute pleasure to work with you. Your passion, dedication and love for what you do is evident in all your communications, and time and energy you put into your clients. Working in the legal industry, our number 1 value is client centricity, I literally bend over backwards for clients on a daily! Although not the best for your wellbeing……. you definitely showed this level of commitment to me and our function. You have been so kind throughout the process, following up with me when I forget things, offering your valued expertise and knowledge and bearing with my light night emails. You are absolutely remarkable at what you do and that clearly stems from your wonderful personality. I could not imagine any better career for you. In that last week, you really calmed my nerves and managed it all. Your attention to detail is outstanding, and you always went over and above to attend to my requests and queries. You have really made this entire experience a pleasurable 1 for me. There was never a minute, where I felt I could not ask questions, give you a call or question anything. You are truly outstanding, and Collisheen is truly blessed to have a gem like you as an employee. A 2022 increase is surely in order. You are a super woman, I cannot even imagine, how you give that much support to the multiple brides you are dealing with, cause you really made it feel like I was your only client! The only way I can describe you is as a fairy Godmother! From Julian and I we are eternally grateful for your love, support and compassion shown to us! We had an absolute amazing photographer, I will surely send some pictures through once received. Some high-level feedback of my thoughts of the actual day are set out below: Amanda / other staff aka the fairy godmother. My sentiments of the day are as set out above. What I loved about the day, is that we did not speak business! You appreciated that the bride will always be stressed, and whatever needed to be discussed, you did so with others, so I could truly enjoy my day. You perfectly took care, to place and return everything that I had sent through. You took great care of my mum and bridesmaids. They were so impressed, also could not stop speaking about how amazing you were. You really made them feel so special and taken care of too. The other staff were absolutely outstanding. They were all so pleasant, soft, humble and polite. I really noticed this and it meant a lot to me. It was the standard I would get at a fine dining restaurant. This was a great, because a single waiter being rude or just dull could really spoil a person's experience. Please do pass my gratitude to all. Planning: The entire planning process was a breeze with you. No last-minute surprises, as with other suppliers. Thank you for accommodating my requests at the very last minute. I was most impressed with the questionnaire, it was detailed, and well thought out and covered all the relevant information. Thank you for accommodating my several amendments to the final quote. Venue: The venue was absolutely breath-taking. It always more magical when it is your special day! All the guests loved the many photo opportunities. From my side everything was perfect! The bridal salon was amazing, and I think brides may overlook how important it is. Food: Sadly I did not get to indulge in the food on the day. But it was really nice of you to have some food packed away for us! The breyani was simply delicious! I wish I had more! For an Indian person to compliment breyani – you know it must have been great! The pasta was my favourite! Absolutely loved it – also wish I had more! Dessert was a 10/10 – just too good! I did not taste the chicken. Canapes – As big as the slider was, I ate and risked messing my face, cause I love pork – it was worth it. Also loved the prawns and chicken strips. My 1 comment would be to make the slider smaller, so its more of a finger food. Overall, I did not received a singly bad comment from any of the guests on the food. Kuddos to the chef! Overall, working with you the venue, staff, coordination, food and experience was a 10/10P.S Please don’t take my compliments lightly, I am generally a very critical person! P.S I am generally pedantic and never wanted to be a last-minute bride, but due to the additional stress brought about by covid, it was inevitable. Please don’t judge me for being crazy!
